The Emissary, organizational publication of TCC-Aristocrats, under the supervision of Mr. Michael Atchaso and Mr. Mark Jay Reyes, formally presented a copy of The Emissary Volume 2 Magazine to the Office of the President, Dr. Richel N. Bacaltos, at Talisay City College.
As Dr. Bacaltos carefully browsed through the pages of the magazine, he appeared visibly pleased and proud of the students’ impressive work. His reaction reflected the pride of the institution in the remarkable accomplishments of its learners and their commitment to excellence in campus journalism.
This presentation served as a gesture of gratitude and acknowledgment to the Office of the President for its continuous support and encouragement toward student-led initiatives. The Emissary took this opportunity to share the fruits of their hard work and creativity, showcasing the students’ talent, passion, and dedication to producing quality outputs.
The Emissary Volume 2 stands as a product of the collaborative efforts between the English Majors (TCC-Aristocrats) and Science Majors (TCC-APEX). The magazine highlights the shared enthusiasm of students in delivering literary and journalistic works that inspire, inform, and celebrate academic excellence.
