Vision
The Emissary envisions itself as a credible, ethical, and innovative student publication that amplifies the collective voice of the Talisay City College–Aristocrats (TCC-A), Talisay City College-Alliance of Pioneering Explorers in Science (TCC–APEX), and the Department of English Studies and Other Languages (DESOL), fostering transparency and upholding the ideals of responsible journalism in service to the academic community.
Mission
The Emissary is dedicated to promoting truthful, fair, and transparent communication within the TCC-A, TCC–APEX, and DESOL; serving as a platform for creativity, critical thinking, and journalistic excellence; documenting and highlighting the achievements, advocacies, and initiatives of these academic bodies; upholding integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all its publications; and collaborating with institutional stakeholders to strengthen student engagement, academic excellence, and community pride.
