Lights, camera, and purpose — The Emissary once again stepped behind the lens to advocate for a cause that truly matters. Led by Chief Editing Officer, Ms. Julia Marie Estrella and Senior Graphic Artist, Mr. Kurt Cyrus Hereula, the team proudly represented the Education Federation in the ongoing Anti-Bullying Campaign video contest.
The entire production was filmed in a single day—September 30, 2025—showcasing the team’s efficiency, collaboration, and dedication. From early morning setups to late afternoon takes, every moment reflected The Emissary’s passion for storytelling that inspires empathy and awareness.
The production team included Mr. Michael Atchaso, Consultant for Editorial Strategy of The Emissary, and Mr. Mark Jay Reyes, Consultant for Science Photojournalism of The Emissary. Their guidance helped shape the film’s message and visual depth.
Bringing the story to life were the talented student actors Sharmaine Detuya, Angelito D. Maravillas, Gio P. Laburada, James Emmanuel Rabago, Tirso B. Ruiz Jr., and Kyle E. Gellangao, whose performances captured the emotional weight of bullying and resilience.
While the results are yet to be announced, the experience itself was a win for the entire team—proving that creativity, collaboration, and compassion can come together to shed light on real issues within the campus community.
